Hello
I processed OLCI images around the Chesapeake Bay using the Polymer 4.17beta2 version, and I obtained the following abnormal Rrs distributions. It always appears in this form of lines. The flag in this area is 4096.
These results occur very frequently around the Chesapeake Bay area.
I'm curious about the cause of this feature.
Thank you.

Re: Abnormal Rrs distribution in Polymer OLCI
Hello,
Thanks for your feedback. This kind of errors may happen in some cases under which the algorithm may be unstable.
The flag "ANOMALY_RWMOD_BLUE" (value 4096 - based on the detection of the difference between the model and the observation in the blue bands), then detects the resulting anomaly.
The "minabs2" configuration may provide better results in this case, you can check release notes for v4.15 in the changelog.
Kind regards,
François
