Hello!
As far as I know, there is no application of POLYMER to Compact Airborne Spectrographic Imager (CASI)-1500 data yet. So I wonder if POLYMER can be applied to CASI-1500 data for shallow coastal waters? If possible, how to process CASI-1500 data with POLYMER-v4.13?
In addition, I wonder if POLYMER-v4.13 can be operated under MacOS system?
Thank you in advance!
Yours sincerely,
Mengmeng Yang.

Re: How to process CASI-1500 data with POLYMER-v4.13?
Dear Mengmeng,
Polymer has indeed never been applied to Airborne data. That would be feasible but would require deep modifications on the pre-corrections. For instance, Rayleigh correction should be modified or even entirely skipped ; the correction for gaseous absorption as well. Then, a reader should be implemented for your input data.
I have never tried to use Polymer on mac (I have successfully tested on Windows WSL), but I see no reason it should not work with anaconda.
Good luck !
Cheers, François

Dear Francois,
Thank you very much for your reply! First I will try to use Polymer on Windows WSL and later on Mac. Regarding the modifications for airborne data, I may ask specific questions later.
Thank you!
Best regards,
Mengmeng Yang.
