Installation error : POLYMER-v4.17beta2 during the compilation stage

Hi, Polymer team,

I encountered an issue while trying to install Polymer v4.17beta2 during the compilation stage on my Mac M1.

When I run make, I encounter the error message as attached.

It might be a simple problem, but despite referencing several documents related to Cython, I couldn't resolve it.

Yes it is.
cython >=2.0 compatibility is now available on latest version of Polymer (https://github.com/hygeos/polymer)
