NVIDIA Quadro T2000 and SMARTG

Hello,
I'm about to order a laptop which I'll use with SMARTG. The proposed graphic card is a Quadro T2000, which is very close to the P2000 a user reported to be compatible in this forum. However, looking at the specs I see that the T2000 doesn't have any dedicated ray tracing cores. Since I'm not familiar with gpu, I'd prefer to have your advice prior to buy any hardware. Is this ray tracing cores capability just a matter of overall performance ? Would a T2000 still do the job ?

Thanks !
Jerome

Hello Jerome,

We do not use ray tracing cores that appeared in RTX 2k family. So your T2000 (GTX 1k family) should work without any problem.

Best,
