Re: SRTM data - USGS DDS 2.0
Hi Blake, Thanks for the information, this will indeed require some fix in the future to restore the access to SRTM data. Meanwhile, a workaround may be to download the files somehow and store them in a directory, as .hgt.zip files. The SRTM3 instance should point to this directory (SRTM3('path')). ...

Re: processing large data
Hi Brenner, Indeed processing is slower with hyperspectral data. The number of wavelengths provided as output can make a difference (bands_rw). The bands used for atmospheric correction (bands_corr and bands_oc) will also make the most significant difference, but changing these bands will affect the...

Re: Ancillary ERA-INTERIM data
Hi Blake,
I never experienced this. What error message do you get ?
Just in case, you may also want to try Ancillary_ERA5 which use a diffent API.
Kind regards,
François

Re: What is Bitmask 2112
Hi Vishnu,
Yes you can pass the following option to run_atm_corr :
bands_rw=[400,412,443,490,510,560,620,665,674,681,709,754,779,865,1020],
which is equivalent to setting it in params.py:defaults_olci
Indeed, this band should be probably included by default !
Kind regards,
François

Re: How to use Polymer to process GOCI data?
Hello,
Polymer has indeed been applied to GOCI data in the past, as mentioned on the homepage, but the algorithm has been entirely rewritten and currently, GOCI data are not supported. The GOCI reader would have to be rewritten as well.
Kind regards,
François

Re: how to get the rhow for the MODIS land bands
Hi Zheegang, I understand that you would like to get the water reflectance at MODIS bands that don't saturate. However I don't think you will be able to do it properly. Let me explain. It is indeed possible to adjust the bands provided by Polymer. This is done via the argument bands_rw to the functi...

Indeed, the issue is not fully solved yet unfortunately.
I have just uploaded the required files to the forum, so that you can download them until the issue is fully solved: see topic viewtopic.php?f=5&t=93

Auxiliary data
Polymer's auxiliary data should usually be available with the command "make auxdata_all", but in case it does not work, the auxiliary data can be downloaded here and uncompressed in Polymer's folder.
