Re: Problem to correct Sentinel 2 images

Hi,
As stated in the error message, you have to create the directory for storing the ancillary data :

Code: Select all

mkdir -p ANCILLARY/METEO/

Re: error of processing landsat8

Hello,
Apologies for the late reply.
There is currently no auto-detection of Landsat8 Level1 files in the command line interface, but you can write a very small python script to process your file (run_atm_corr(Level1_OLI(...), Level2_NETCDF())) ; see example.py.
Kind regards,
François

Re: Comparison of Polymer and MODIS atmospheric correction

Hello Mengmeng,
Sorry for the late reply.
Ah I see, the image may appear rotated compated to MODIS L2 because Polymer does not rotate the grid. In this case for visual comparison, you can rotate the SeaDAS display 180°.
Cheers,
François

Re: operands cannot be broadcast together with shapes

Hello,
Processing SNAP subsetted files is currently not supported, these files are not of the same format as the Level1 SAFE products.
However if you are interested in processing a subset, you can do so using the sline, eline, scol and ecol parameters ; see example.py
Cheers,
François

Re: Comparison of Polymer and MODIS atmospheric correction

Hi Mengmeng, Polymer does not provide remote sensing reflectancesin sr-1 but dimensionless water reflectance. Please make sure that you divide by pi to convert to Rrs. Regarding the white lines, this may be due to some reprojection by your visualization software ? I guess your images are not display...

Re: Some anomalies occured when using Polymer4.13 on OLCI

Dear Tian, Many thanks for your feedback. Indeed this is a known issue, caused by occasional unstable processing over turbid waters. These bad pixels should be flagged (see bitmask). Inverstigations are ongoing to improve these results, but unfortunately this is not going to be solved in the short t...

Re: run lots of images

Hi Binbin, Here the error is raised when writing a temporary file for ancillary data. This happens by default in /tmp (you can check this by running python -c 'import tempfile ; print(tempfile.gettempdir())' ). It may be that your /tmp directory is full. The location for temporary files can also be ...

Re: Converting MODISA L1A file to L1C

Hi,
How did you generate your L1C ?
If you used make_L1C.py, your file should not end with '.L1C_LAC', and it should contain solz.
