Dear François,
Is it possible to process Sentinel-3/OLCI data with different resolution (eg. 900 meters = 3x3 pixels).
Thank you, regards.
Joao.

Re: Processing data for particular lat long
Dear François,
Is no other way to add the lat/lon coordinates instead row/column numbers?
It's more curiosity than necessity.
Thank you for the very nice software,
Joao.

Re: Some OLCI results show strange invalid patterns
Dear François, I am trying to apply the command that you wrote in the post above to avoid the strange patterns (I also observed this issue). I am receiving an error saying that cannot find "calib". - Should I add some module in the polymer_cli.py to recognize the calib=None? - The calib=None and the...

Re: Polymer running on Sentinel-2 images
Dear François, I am able to run the MSI tiles using the ERA5 ancillary data as suggested in the post "Sanity check for ancillary data". I was not able to use the NASA ancillary data by changing the line inside the ancillary.py file, but it's fine. Sorry for didn't see the topic with the same questio...

Re: Polymer running on Sentinel-2 images
Dear François, I am trying to run the MSI processing using Polymer-v4.12, Ubuntu 18.04. I am running the following command for one MSI tile: ./polymer_cli.py /home/jcardoso/msi_L1/S2B_MSIL1C_20190421T105039_N0207_R051_T31UES_20190421T125156.SAFE/GRANULE/L1C_T31UES_A011088_20190421T105033/ /home/jcar...

Re: SVC with POLYMER v4.10 for OLCI-A
Dear François, I saw inside the Polymer folders one file called "params.py" and inside it are the "# OLCI vicarious calibration coefficients (in dev, bands 1 to 21)". I would like to ask you some questions concerning the OLCI SVC: 1) This values are the SVC applied to OLCIA and OLCIB? 2) How Polymer...

Re: polymer v4.10 installation
Hello Laurent, I installed the Polymer v4.11 in my Linux (Ubuntu 18.04) and its working fine. I think you are trying to install the packages using pip or other installation command, if I understood right. What worked for me was to create a new environment in my Anaconda and inside this environment I...

Projection deviation
Dear François, I was checking my S3A-OLCI images after processing with Polymer 4.10 and I realized that for a few number of images (~2 of 320, I am still checking it) my point moved from the correct location. I downloaded some L2 OLCI images processed with Baseline AC (BAC) from CODA website to chec...

Re: How to add new parameters as output
Thank you François, The code you sent me is working for F0 applied to OLCI S3A data and the values are good! During processing I received a message. This message is appearing any time, not only with the new parameters but since before using just the defaut_parameters. See the warning below: Starting...

How to add new parameters as output
Dear François,
Is it possible to have the AOT, SZA and maybe the solar flux for each band as extra output parameters?
I am using Polymer 4.10.
Thank you in advance,
Joao.
